Jenaed Brodell is a South African born Registered Dietitian in the UK(HCPC) as well as South Africa (HPCSA). Jenaed is the founder of Nutrition and Co. She is one of UK's best sports dietitian's and works with elite athletes across the UK. She is a SENR registered sports dietitian which is the highest level of recognition for sports dietitian/nutritionists.

She is the sports performance dietitian for Imperial College London , which includes over 60 athletes as well as 14 performance teams. She is also the sports performance dietitian for Cambridge University Sport and Cambridge Rowing Club , which includes over 20 high performance athletes and 40 performance teams.

She has worked with elite levels athletes over a large array of sports. Jenaed's sports performance nutrition specialities and expertise include sports nutrition for ;

Shannon is a Registered Paediatric Dietitian with over 8 years experience working in both public and private practice.  She has a wide range of experience helping children and their families face the ups and downs of feeding children.  She is currently based within an NHS Children’s Hospital. 

 

Shannon is very passionate about children’s nutrition and is a devoted supporter of improving children’s connections with food, to support a longer term healthier relationship throughout their life.

 

Shannon has completed two post graduate masters modules in;

 - Advanced Professional Practice in Paediatric Dietetics

Her focus area is diversifying children's diets who have sensory concerns, autism or adhd. She is also an allergy specialist dietitian.

Chloe is highly skilled in supporting clients achieve weight loss goals, manage chronic diseases and enhance personal wellness through both nutrition and exercise. She is also an expert in female health, fertility and pregnancy nutrition.  She uses a holistic approach and tailors her recommendations to accommodate the individual’s needs. Chloe is extremely passionate about the role nutrition plays in allowing people to live healthier and happier lives.

Ellie is a highly skilled and experienced paediatric (Children's) dietitian as well as adult dietitian.

Ellie is a qualified HCPC and SENr Registered Dietitian, who holds a 1st class degree and is also a member of British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the research support officer in BDA’s Paediatric sub-group.

She has experience working alongside children and their families within a range of settings and she is currently based within an NHS Children’s Hospital.

As well as completing an undergraduate degree, she has completed four certified post graduate masters modules of Paediatric Dietetics and has completed her PSG Sports Nutrition. She is also ISAK1 registered.

Kate is a qualified Sports Nutritionist born in Dublin, Ireland and has gained most of her experience working within the UK. She has an undergraduate degree in Sports Science and Health and a master’s degree in Sports Nutrition. She is registered with the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR) and is a Level 1 accredited Anthropometrist.

Kate has experience working with a multitude of athletes in a variety of sports, from female football players to boxers, and uses her own previous sporting experience to help athletes achieve their performance nutrition goals. In particular, she has a big interest helping female athletes fuel correctly to ensure they are making the most of their training.

Kate is passionate about delivering an evidence-based practice, to help athletes make the most of their performance and minimise the risk of injury.
