Sports nutrition for Manchester athletes
Manchester has a strong sporting culture, from grassroots football and rugby to running clubs, cycling and busy gyms. Whatever your sport, our HCPC-registered dietitians and sports nutrition practitioners help you fuel training, recover well and protect your long-term health. Many of the people we support are also students, parents or shift workers, so practicality matters as much as the science.
We build plans around your real routine: training blocks, match days, shift patterns, travel for work and the time you actually have to shop and cook. Our founder's NHS career includes roles in the North West, so we understand the pressures many local clients juggle.
Every consultation is online. You get specialist support without travelling across Greater Manchester, and we can adjust your plan as your training and schedule change. Follow-up sessions keep your plan relevant through the season, from pre-season and race build-ups to recovery periods.

Questions
How do online consultations work?
All our consultations are online, by secure video call. You can book from anywhere in Greater Manchester or the wider UK, with no travel time.
Do I need to be an athlete to work with a sports dietitian?
No. If you train or exercise and want better energy, recovery, body composition or health, sports dietetics can help. We work with recreational and competitive athletes alike.
Can you help with race-day fuelling and gut issues?
Yes. This is a common focus for endurance athletes. We build a step-by-step fuelling plan and help you practise it in training so you can find what your gut tolerates before race day.
Do you offer support between sessions?
Yes. We offer follow-up consultations and follow-up packages, so your plan can be reviewed and adjusted as your training and goals change.
Can I use private health insurance?
We accept UK private medical insurance from Bupa UK, AXA, Vitality, Aviva, WPA, Healix and Cigna UK, subject to your policy and pre-authorisation. Please check your cover with your insurer before booking.
