Online UK sports dietitian for clients in Dubai and the UAE
Specialist sports nutrition from UK-registered dietitians, delivered online for athletes and active professionals in Dubai and across the UAE.
UK sports dietetics, delivered online
Nutrition & Co is a UK-based specialist dietetic and performance nutrition consultancy. Our dietitians are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the UK regulator for dietitians, and our team includes SENR-registered sports nutrition practitioners. In the UK, 'dietitian' is a protected title, so you know exactly who you are working with and the professional standards they follow.
We have delivered our consultations online since 2020, so clients in Dubai and the UAE receive the same specialist, evidence-based care as our clients in the UK, by secure video call and without travel. You can join from home, the office or a hotel room, which makes appointments easier to keep around work, family and training.
Training in the UAE brings its own challenges: heat for much of the year, early-morning or late-evening sessions, frequent travel and, for many athletes, training through Ramadan. We build your nutrition plan around all of these, so it works in the conditions you actually train in rather than a generic template.
How we can help
Personalised, evidence-based support for recreational, competitive and elite athletes.
Fuelling and hydration in heat
Training in high temperatures raises sweat losses and can blunt appetite. We help you plan fluids, electrolytes and food around your sessions so heat does not lead to under-fuelling.
- Hydration before, during and after training
- Electrolyte replacement where needed
- Fuelling when appetite is low
Training and fuelling in Ramadan
If you fast during Ramadan, we help you plan meals, fluids and training around suhoor and iftar, respecting your practice and adapting to your training load.
- Timing sessions around iftar and suhoor
- Rehydration between sunset and dawn
- Adjusting plans for competition periods
Performance and event fuelling
Personalised strategies for training, races and match days, including carbohydrate and hydration plans practised in training first.
RED-S and low energy availability
Specialist support for athletes with signs of under-fuelling, such as persistent fatigue, menstrual disruption, recurrent injury or falling performance.
Body composition and strength
Evidence-based support for body composition and strength goals that keeps fuelling, recovery and health in view.
Gut health for athletes
Help with bloating, IBS and gut symptoms during exercise, so you can fuel with confidence.

Frequently asked questions
Can I work with a UK sports dietitian from Dubai?
Yes. All our consultations are online by secure video call, so you can work with our UK team from Dubai or anywhere in the UAE. We do not have a clinic or office in the UAE.
Are your dietitians registered?
Our dietitians are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK, where 'dietitian' is a protected title. Our sports nutritionist is SENR-registered.
Can you help me train and fuel during Ramadan?
Yes. If you choose to fast, we can help you plan meals, fluids and training around suhoor and iftar, and adjust your plan for your sport and training load. If you have a medical condition, we recommend also speaking to your doctor about fasting.
How do you account for training in the heat?
Heat increases sweat losses and can reduce appetite, which makes under-fuelling and dehydration more likely. We look at when and where you train and build practical hydration and fuelling strategies around your sessions.
How do I book?
You can book an initial consultation online. If you are unsure whether we are the right fit, you can contact our team first by email at admin@nutritionandco.co.uk.
