Nutrition support that fits your brain
Traditional nutrition advice often does not meet the needs of neurodivergent adults. Meal planning, appetite, routine, sensory preferences and food textures can all make eating well harder than it sounds. We offer one-to-one online consultations for adults with ADHD, autism, or both, whether diagnosed or self-identified.
Our approach is compassionate, flexible and evidence-based. We work with your sensory profile, preferences and daily rhythms to find realistic strategies that support nourishment, energy, gut health, routine-building and confidence around food. Advice is explained clearly and adapted as you go.
Nutrition does not treat ADHD or autism, and it is not a replacement for medical care. What specialist support can do is make eating more manageable, reduce the pressure around food and help your diet better support your health, energy and everyday life.

Questions
Can nutrition help with ADHD?
Diet does not treat ADHD, and it is not a replacement for medical care or medication. However, practical nutrition support may help with things that ADHD can make harder, such as regular eating, meal planning, appetite and energy through the day. We focus on realistic strategies that fit your routine.
How can a dietitian help with autism and eating?
A dietitian can help you work with sensory sensitivities, texture preferences and a limited range of foods, while making sure your nutritional needs are met. Changes are made at your pace and always respect your autonomy.
Do you support ARFID or binge eating?
Yes. Our team includes practitioners with eating disorder expertise. Where needed, nutrition support is provided alongside psychological or medical care, never as a replacement for it.
Are consultations online?
Yes. All our consultations are online, with flexible appointment times, so you can access support from wherever you are in the UK.
What does it cost?
An initial 60-minute consultation is £159 (self-pay). Follow-ups are £89 for 45 minutes, with follow-up packages available from £79 per session. Private medical insurance is accepted, subject to your policy and pre-authorisation.
