Online UK sports dietitian for clients in Singapore
Specialist sports nutrition from UK-registered dietitians, delivered online for athletes and busy professionals training in Singapore's heat and humidity.
UK sports dietetics, delivered online
Nutrition & Co is a UK-based specialist dietetic and performance nutrition consultancy. Our dietitians are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the UK regulator for dietitians, and our team includes SENR-registered sports nutrition practitioners. In the UK, 'dietitian' is a protected title, so you know exactly who you are working with and the professional standards they follow.
Singapore's hot, humid climate makes training demanding all year round. Sweat losses are high, sessions are often squeezed into early mornings or evenings, and long working hours and regional travel can make regular, adequate fuelling harder than it should be.
We have delivered our consultations online since 2020. You join by secure video call, with no travel, and receive a personalised plan built around the climate, your training and your working week. Follow-up sessions let us adjust your plan as your goals, race calendar or travel schedule change.
How we can help
Personalised, evidence-based support for recreational, competitive and elite athletes.
Hydration in heat and humidity
In humid conditions sweat evaporates less effectively, so you can lose a lot of fluid and salt. We help you plan fluids and electrolytes around your sessions.
- Hydration before, during and after training
- Electrolyte replacement where needed
- Practical plans for long or hot sessions
Performance and race fuelling
Personalised strategies for training, races and events, including carbohydrate and hydration plans practised in training first.
Fuelling around long workdays
Practical strategies for early sessions, late finishes, eating out and work travel, so training is properly fuelled.
RED-S and low energy availability
Specialist support for athletes with signs of under-fuelling, such as fatigue, menstrual disruption, recurrent injury or falling performance.
Body composition and strength
Evidence-based support for body composition and strength goals that keeps fuelling, recovery and health in view.
Gut health for athletes
Help with bloating, IBS and gut symptoms during exercise, so you can fuel with confidence.

Frequently asked questions
Can I work with a UK sports dietitian from Singapore?
Yes. All our consultations are online by secure video call, so you can work with our UK team from Singapore. We do not have a clinic or office in Singapore.
Are your dietitians registered?
Our dietitians are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK, where 'dietitian' is a protected title. Our sports nutritionist is SENR-registered.
How do you account for training in heat and humidity?
Humidity makes it harder for your body to cool through sweating, so fluid and salt losses can be high and performance can drop. We look at when and how you train and build practical hydration and fuelling strategies around your sessions.
Can you help if I travel a lot for work?
Yes. Because consultations are online, you can keep your appointments while travelling, and we can build strategies for eating well on the move, in hotels and around changing schedules.
How do I book?
You can book an initial consultation online. If you are unsure whether we are the right fit, you can contact our team first by email at admin@nutritionandco.co.uk.
How much does it cost?
All clients in Singapore pay privately. An initial 60-minute consultation is £159 (about SGD 270) and a 45-minute follow-up is £89 (about SGD 150). Local-currency amounts are approximate and change with exchange rates.
