Nutrition & Co is a UK-based, multidisciplinary nutrition practice. Our dietitians and nutrition specialists combine clinical expertise with elite sport experience, including lead sports dietitian roles at Imperial College London and Cambridge University.
Clients in Singapore often juggle long working days, travel and training. We help with gut health and IBS, eating disorders, weight management, women’s health and sports performance, including hydration for training in heat and humidity.
We do not have a clinic in Singapore. Appointments are by secure video, and international schools, universities and employers can work with us remotely.

Do you have a clinic in Singapore?
No. All consultations take place online. We do not have a clinic or locally registered practitioners in Singapore; our team is registered in the UK (HCPC, SENr) or South Africa (HPCSA).
Can you fit around a busy work and travel schedule?
Yes. Consultations are online, and plans are built around your working hours, travel and training.
Do you support athletes training in heat and humidity?
Yes. We plan hydration, electrolytes, fuelling and recovery for your training and events.
Do you see children?
Yes. Our paediatric dietitian sees children online, with parents or carers involved.
How much does a consultation cost?
An initial consultation is £159 for 60 minutes and a follow-up is £89 for 45 minutes. Prices are in pounds sterling.

Yes. We work remotely with schools, universities, sports organisations and businesses in Singapore.
