Sports nutrition for teams, clubs and academies
Performance nutrition education and individual athlete support that protects both health and performance, from Registered Dietitians and sports nutrition specialists.

Online across the UK and worldwide
Nutrition support built around your squad
Training load, fixtures, travel and growth all change what athletes need to eat. Without expert input, under-fuelling, poor recovery and unnecessary supplement use are common, particularly in young and developing athletes.
We work with clubs and academies to deliver team education, individual athlete consultations and practical resources. Support can be a single workshop, a block of sessions or an ongoing partnership built around your season.
Our team includes HCPC-registered dietitians and SENr-registered sports nutrition practitioners, with experience across university, international-level and elite sport, including lead sports dietitian roles at Imperial College London and Cambridge University.

Questions
Can you support our whole squad?
Yes. We deliver team webinars and seminars and private online consultations for individual athletes, and can combine them into an ongoing partnership.
Do you work with young athletes?
Yes. We support youth and academy athletes with fuelling for training, recovery and growth. Individual consultations for young athletes are with one of our sports nutrition experts.
Do you cover RED-S?
Yes. We include RED-S awareness so under-fuelling is recognised early, and our RED-S specialists can support individual athletes.
How much does ongoing support cost?
Ongoing support is tailored to your athlete numbers, sports and service model, so we provide a quote after an initial conversation. Single sessions are £650 and individual consultations are £159.
Do you give supplement advice?
We take a food-first approach. If a supplement is genuinely needed, we explain the risks and recommend batch-tested products.
Is support delivered online?
Yes. Webinars, seminars, feedback meetings and 1:1 consultations are delivered online, so pupils, staff, parents and athletes can join from anywhere in the UK.
