Nutrition & Co is a multidisciplinary nutrition practice based in the UK. Our dietitians and nutrition specialists see clients online, so people in Oman can access specialist support wherever they live.
We help clients in Oman with digestive health and IBS, weight and metabolic health, PCOS and women’s health, eating disorders and sports nutrition, including outdoor training and endurance events in hot weather.

Do you have a clinic in Oman?
No. All consultations are online. We do not have a clinic or locally registered practitioners in Oman; our team is registered in the UK (HCPC, SENr) or South Africa (HPCSA).
Which services can I use?
Adult clinical nutrition, sports nutrition and children’s nutrition online, plus school, university and corporate services for organisations.
Do you support endurance athletes training in the heat?
Yes. We plan fluids, electrolytes, fuelling and recovery around your training and events.
Can you help with Ramadan nutrition?
Yes. We help you plan suhoor and iftar and adjust activity and hydration while fasting.
How much does a consultation cost?
An initial consultation is £159 for 60 minutes and a follow-up is £89 for 45 minutes. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Do you work with schools and businesses in Oman?
Yes. We work remotely through audits, workshops, webinars and ongoing partnerships.
