Nutrition & Co is a specialist nutrition practice based in the UK. Our team of dietitians and nutrition specialists covers clinical nutrition, eating disorders, gut health, children’s nutrition and sports performance.
Clients in Hong Kong come to us for IBS and digestive symptoms, weight management, women’s health, eating disorder recovery and performance nutrition, from hiking and trail running to team sports, with plans that fit demanding city schedules.
We do not have a clinic in Hong Kong. You see your specialist by secure video, and organisations can work with us remotely.

Do you have a clinic in Hong Kong?
No. We work online only. We do not have a clinic or locally registered practitioners in Hong Kong; our team is registered in the UK (HCPC, SENr) or South Africa (HPCSA).
Do you support trail runners and endurance athletes?
Yes. We help with fuelling, hydration and recovery for long training days, races and multi-day events.
Can you help with IBS and gut symptoms?
Yes. Our dietitians assess your symptoms and use evidence-based approaches, including low FODMAP where it is suitable for you.
Do you see children?
Yes. Our paediatric dietitian sees children online, with parents or carers involved.
How much does a consultation cost?
An initial consultation is £159 for 60 minutes and a follow-up is £89 for 45 minutes. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Do you work with schools and employers in Hong Kong?
Yes. We work remotely through audits, workshops, webinars and partnerships.
