Nutrition & Co is a UK-based, multidisciplinary nutrition practice. Our team includes HCPC-registered dietitians, a paediatric dietitian, an SENr-registered sport and exercise nutritionist and an HPCSA-registered eating disorder nutrition specialist, and every consultation takes place online.
Clients in Dubai come to us for gut health and IBS, eating disorder recovery, weight management, women’s health and sports performance. We also support people training outdoors in the heat, and those who want help with eating and training around Ramadan.
We do not have a clinic in Dubai. You see your specialist by secure video from home or work, and organisations across the UAE can work with us remotely for audits, workshops and ongoing programmes.

Do you have a clinic in Dubai?
No. All consultations take place online by secure video. We do not have a clinic or locally registered practitioners in the UAE; our team is registered in the UK (HCPC, SENr) or South Africa (HPCSA).
Which services can I book from Dubai?
Adult clinical nutrition, including IBS, eating disorders, weight management and women’s health; sports nutrition; and children’s nutrition with our paediatric dietitian. Organisations can enquire about school, university and corporate services.
Can you help me train and eat well in the heat?
Yes. We plan fluids, electrolytes and meal timing around your training, so you can fuel and recover well when training outdoors in hot conditions.
Can you support nutrition during Ramadan?
Yes. We can help you plan meals around suhoor and iftar, and adjust training fuel and hydration while fasting.
How much does a consultation cost?
An initial consultation is £159 for 60 minutes and a follow-up is £89 for 45 minutes. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Do you work with schools and businesses in Dubai?
Yes. We support international and private schools, nurseries, universities, sports organisations and employers remotely, through audits, workshops, webinars and ongoing partnerships.
