Nutrition & Co is a UK-based, multidisciplinary nutrition practice. Our English-speaking dietitians and nutrition specialists work online, so residents across the Algarve can see a specialist without travelling.
Clients in Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura and the wider Algarve come to us for IBS and gut health, weight management, women’s health, eating disorder recovery and sports nutrition for golf, tennis, padel, running and cycling.
We do not have a clinic in Portugal. Consultations take place by secure video, and international schools, clubs and businesses can work with us remotely.

Questions
Do you have a clinic in the Algarve?
No. All consultations are online. We do not have a clinic in Portugal, and our practitioners are registered in the UK (HCPC, SENr) or South Africa (HPCSA).
Are consultations in English?
Yes. All consultations, plans and resources are in English.
Do you support golfers and tennis players?
Yes. We help with fuelling, hydration and recovery for rounds, matches and tournaments in warm weather.
Do you see children?
Yes. Our paediatric dietitian sees children online, with parents or carers involved.
How much does a consultation cost?
An initial consultation is £159 for 60 minutes and a follow-up is £89 for 45 minutes. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Do you work with schools and clubs?
Yes. We work remotely with international schools, sports clubs, academies and businesses.
