Fuelling for your goals
You do not need to be elite to benefit from sports nutrition. Training for an event while working and looking after a family is demanding, and getting your fuelling right can help you train well, recover and enjoy race day.
We help you plan everyday eating around training, practise race-day fuelling and avoid common problems such as hitting the wall, gut symptoms during exercise and under-fuelling.
Advice is practical and built around your routine, so it fits work, family meals and training sessions.

HOW WE WORK WITH ATHLETES
Ongoing support, not one-off sessions
We do not work with athletes on a one-off basis. Lasting change to fuelling, recovery and performance takes time, so after your initial consultation we recommend a minimum of three follow-up consultations.

Questions
Do I need to be a serious athlete?
No. We support people at every level, including first-time marathon runners and event goers.
Can you help me with my first marathon?
Yes. We help with everyday fuelling, long runs and race-day planning.
I get stomach problems when running. Can you help?
Yes. Gut symptoms during exercise are common, and we help you train your gut and adjust your fuelling.
Can you help me lose weight while training?
Yes, where appropriate, with a health-first approach that still fuels your training.
Do you write meal plans?
Yes. Where clinically indicated, we can write a personalised meal plan.
How many sessions will I need?
We do not work with athletes on a one-off basis. We recommend at least three follow-ups after the initial consultation so we can adjust your plan as training changes.
Are consultations online?
